Area Manager Objectives for 2018

The objectives for your group of restaurants are listed below.

There is also a PDF file available to download and review offline.

Please complete and email the Action Plan Form for each objective outlining how you intend to achieve it. Progress will be reported using the Objective Report Template, this will need to be emailed at the established reporting timeline to Bianca@abvi.ca.

Objective 1

Scope : All management employee files uploaded into google drive and training verified by the Manager Training Signoff.

Deadline : December 4th, 2018

Reporting : Weekly until complete

 

Objective 2

Scope : All restaurant maintain an inventory variance under 1% for 4 inventory counts in December.  If inventory variance exceeds 1% a full inventory count will have to be done on Wednesday at the same time as the Sunday counts.

Deadline : January 1st, 2019

Reporting : Weekly on Monday before 2pm

 

Objective 3

Scope : Achieve a weekly cancel item rate of under 4% (without Kiosk) in all restaurants.

Deadline : January 1st 2019

Reporting : Weekly on Monday before 2pm

 

Objective 4

Scope : Achieve 85% under 3 minutes in all restaurants for December.  Metro FC 75% under 3 minutes.

Deadline : January 1st, 2019

Reporting : Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

 

Objective 5

Scope : Guest Connect Feedback at 40 per day per restaurant.

Deadline : January 1st, 2019

Reporting : Weekly on Monday before 2pm
