Management Training Path
The online RMTP was designed so that you can plan management training to match the needs of the individual and the restaurant.
We recommend that you choose the modules covering the skills that your trainee will use on their job in the near future and agree on a plan to cover these modules in a certain period of time. Remember that each new skill or procedure must be applied immediately to be retained. Much on the job practice is necessary to ensure that the behaviour is entrenched.
After on the job training you must complete a Coaches Checklist for each module and post it in the online employee file. Performance reviews must be conducted 1 month after assuming a new position and again every month if the performance is not satisfactory.
